Ironside started after one too many rescue jobs — small businesses handed a slow, fragile website by an agency that had long since stopped answering email. We do the opposite: hand-built sites, real databases behind them, and a team that picks up the phone.
We’re deliberately small. That means the engineer who designs your SQL schema is the same one who tunes the query that’s slowing it down two years later. Nothing gets lost in translation, because there’s no translation.

We’re based in St. Catharines and most of our clients are within an hour’s drive — Niagara-on-the-Lake, Welland, Thorold, Hamilton. You can meet a real person, and support runs on Eastern time, not a queue on the other side of the planet.
